Hunter Douglas has a Lifetime Limited Warranty. The warranty is only valid if the original retail purchaser still owns the product. Products are covered if they fail to work because of manufacturer error. Warranty does not apply to user error or misuse, accidents, natural wear, or shipping damage. Warranty also does not apply to shipping, or cost of removal and reinstallation.

Alta has a Limited Lifetime Product Warranty, which is only valid if the product is still owned by the original owner. If a product is defective because of manufacturer error or material defect, it will be replaced or repaired after it is returned to the dealer or Custom Brands Group, provided that the product was installed and maintained accordingly. Warranty does not apply to user error or mishandling, natural wear, or shipping damage. Warranty also does not cover cost of removal and reinstallation.

- Shipping labels: goods less than 1 year old
- Exterior roller shades: covered for 5 years
- Specialty shades: covered for 1 year

Horizons has a Limited Lifetime Guarantee that is applicable to the original product owner and covers errors and defects in the workmanship or material of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse or abuse of the product, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear. Under this guarantee, Horizons will only repair, not replace, the product.

Norman has a NormanR Promise Lifetime Warranty. Products are covered if there are defects in the materials or workmanship, as long as the original owner still has product. Damage to paint, stain, or finish because of exposure to the elements is normal.
- Paint, stains, and finishes: covered for 3 years. (exception: Woodlore® and Monterey™ Shutters are under warranty for lifetime)
- San Clemente Blinds & Honeycomb Shades: covered for 3 years
- Motorized components: covered for 5 years
- Operational cords: covered for 7 years

Lafayette has a Lifetime Limited Product Warranty which applies to manufacturer and material error or defect, as long as the original owner is still in possession of the product. User error, accidents, shipping incidents, natural wear, weather damage, and other similar incidents are not included under the warranty.

Fenetex has a Fenetex Lifetime warranty, which covers manufacturing defects on the aluminum components of their screens. They also have an OmegaTexTM Warranty for OmegaTexTM brand fabrics. This 10-year warranty, applicable to the original owner only, covers manufacturer error, material defect, or unprecedented deterioration due to normal exposure to the elements.

- Motors: covered for 5 years

- clear vinyl: covered for 3 years
- Hurricane fabrics: covered for 10 years (prorated reimbursement)

Insolroll has a Five Year Limited Warranty for their outdoor applications, and a Ten Year Limited Warranty for their indoor shades. These warranties apply to manufacturer error or material defect, but do not cover user error or misuse, natural weathering, or shipping accidents.
